The Steaks
All of our steaks are reared and slaughtered at Hartshorne farm near Swadlincote, Derbyshire. Slaughtering on site reduces stress and shock producing more tender cuts.

All steaks are served with French fries, herb oil dressed flat mushroom rocket leaves and parmesan shavings. Seasoned and cooked to your liking.
