Gift cards become active once purchased and authorised at the point of sale.
Gift cards may be topped up in participating venues or via our online platform, where available.
Gift cards can be used as payment towards food, drink, and other eligible purchases at participating locations operated by Ever So Sensible Restaurants Ltd within the United Kingdom.
Cards may also be redeemed online where applicable via official Ever So Sensible digital ordering services.
Gift cards are non-transferable, are not redeemable for cash, and no cash change will be given. Any remaining balance will remain on the card for future use until the expiry date.
Gift cards are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase or issue.
Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once issued, except where required by law. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding online purchases.
Please keep your gift card secure and treat it like cash. Lost, stolen, damaged, altered or defaced cards cannot be replaced.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift card where we reasonably suspect fraud, tampering, duplication, unauthorised activity, or misuse.
